Question: Do I have to pay up front?Answer: No. You only pay the portion that your insurance states they won't pay or any co-pays that apply. We will contact your insurance after your consultation visit and notify you of the portion before your procedure.
Question: Do you accept insurance?Answer: YES. We participate with most major medical and dental insurance plans including Medicaid. All insurances, dental and medical, are filed by us.
Question: Does my dental insurance cover IV sedations?Answer: SOMETIMES. If more than one tooth is extracted, normally IV sedation would be covered. If only one tooth is extracted, IV sedation is not typically covered.
Question: Is extraction of wisdom teeth medical or dental?Answer: EITHER. This depends on your individual plan. Many medical plans do cover teeth that are impacted.
Question: Once Co-Pays are paid will I owe more money?Answer: MAYBE. If your insurance does not pay the remaining balance, you may be responsible for the remainder of the bill.
Question: When will I know my portion of the payment?Answer: At the consultation, we will contact your insurance and let you know your portion that day or before your surgery date.
